Design support
Reward offers assistance with detailing ICF wall assembly, meeting R-value objectives, obtaining LEED certification and designing for building code compliance. We offer the most comprehensive CAD detail drawings in the ICF industry, and our design support team is continually working to create new and improved design tools, such as our AutoCAD drawings specially formatted for architects and designers to view drawing plans with Reward ICFs. Our job is to make your job easier.
Technical services
Reward has the accredited testing data and reports to share on all ICF performance issues. Architects to owners need to know how their ICF structure will perform for sound, fire, strength, moisture and energy. We offer a wealth of engineering help with our amazing library of data, documentation, prescriptive tables and test results. Our STC and fire ratings, for example, are not just claims - we have the tested data to back it up. Our engineering support team is here to help take the mystery out of the technical side of building with ICFs by helping you sort through the sometimes confusing claims about R-value, building envelopes and energy efficiency. We’re the experts, so let us help you build the building you want. It is our goal to help you get the ICF building you think you are going to get but probably won’t unless you choose Reward.
On-site support
At Reward we don’t just sell you the forms and send you on your way. We are proud to have product application specialists available as an on-site training resource for the contractor and crew, assuring everyone is comfortable using Reward insulated concrete forms before and after the pour. That’s just good business – if you’re successful you’ll continue to build with Reward ICFs. Before communication even begins, your assigned product application specialist will review blueprints to familiarize themselves with the project and any design challenges. They have their estimating methods down to a science and can advise you on how many forms to order, how much concrete you’ll need as well as what tools you’ll need to do the job properly and efficiently. Reward’s expert training also includes instruction in proper bracing – from single family homes to tall walls – and pointing out any unique requirements or considerations in the detailing.
Building codes
We will provide you with current code approvals and product ratings, all of which have been documented and verified by third-party agencies, the organizations that set the standards and enforce compliance. Reward’s insulated concrete forms have the most comprehensive code approvals in the ICF industry. Whether your code questions are in the planning or design stage or at the permit approval stage, our experts will help you prevail in your ICF construction.
