REWARD WALL SYSTEMS OFFERS TALL WALL BRACING

Omaha, Nebraska, August 2002-Officials at Reward Wall Systems, Inc., headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, have announced the addition of tall wall bracing to their rBase™ line of bracing products.

"We recognize that Reward ICF buildings are growing-in height and in scope-due in large part to the introduction of our iForm flat wall form. Because taller walls need taller bracing, we are now offering a tall wall rBase," said National Sales Manager, John Moylan.

The tall wall bracing is easy to use, and goes together quickly. To assemble bracing for a 16-foot wall, you simply fasten two 8-foot strongbacks together; for a 20-foot wall use two 10-foot strongbacks; and for a 24-foot wall use two 12-foot strongbacks. Attach the adjustable turnbuckle and the plank bracket to the strongback using the pre-drilled holes and the long-pins provided. The turnbuckle for the tall wall bracing is heavier than those for standard bracing. Five- and seven-foot midspan braces are provided for added stability with the tallest bracing.

Reward's standard rBase now comes with a heavier foot with more efficient anchoring-only one pin is needed instead of two for each foot. In addition, the plank bracket comes all in one piece, making setup easier and quicker, and only one pin is needed to fasten the plank bracket and turnbuckle together.

For those who want a very basic bracing system, Reward also offers a system that includes a strongback, non-telescoping turnbuckle, and no railings.
