Reward Wall Systems, Inc. Announces Release of Comprehensive New Installation Manual

Omaha, Nebraska, January, 2000 — Officials at Reward Wall Systems, Inc. recently introduced a comprehensive new installation manual for building professionals using Reward insulating concrete forms (ICFs) for the walls of their projects.

The Reward Installation, Structural and Technical Manual contains an expanded step-by-step discussion of the proper procedures for installing Reward ICFs and provides alternative installation options for each step in the process. Multiple photo illustrations accompany the discussion of each step of the construction process. To expand and update the engineering tables and installation details, Reward utilized the ICF industry's leading computer-aided engineering.

Nearly one year in the making, the Reward Installation, Structural and Technical Manual represents Reward's commitment to maintaining the highest level of effective communication regarding the actual installation and technical aspects of ICFs according to Edward L. Storm, President of Reward Wall Systems, Inc.

"This manual is more than a basic 'how-to' guide for ICFs," Storm said. "It provides practical alternatives, options and the industry's most thorough support and assistance to any building professional interested in utilizing Reward ICFs—whether they are installers, architects or engineers." He added that the manual was created in a format that allows it to be reviewed continually, and when necessary, updated to keep it on the leading edge of the ICF industry.

The information in the manual is presented in two formats. The complete Installation, Structural and Technical Manual is broken into six sections and comes in a three-ring binder. These sections include a company and system profile, product specifications, compatible materials and tools, step-by-step installation procedures, installation details, and engineering.

In addition, two smaller soft-bound publications have been created, allowing Reward builders to provide specific information to appropriate individuals. For example, builders and interested home buyers may only want the complete step-by-step and product information contained in Sections 1-4, while engineers, building code officials and other designers may need only the engineering tables and installation details contained in Sections 5 and 6.

"This manual is the most comprehensive and complete technical document in the ICF industry," said Storm, "and it provides Reward building professionals with another tool to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible."
