From the Mayor
"We learned about ICF construction when the neighboring town of Battlefield built their new fire station with ICF walls. This was a type of construction that none of us was familiar with, but as we looked into it, we were convinced we wanted to use ICFs. The project was let out to competitive bid process that allowed the city to receive funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)."
