Universal Design
Reward was the first to have a pre-assembled, fully reversible ICF product line. The universal design means there is no top or bottom, inside or out. Corner forms work as left or right, making assembly simple and easy. Even cut pieces can be used to minimize waste.
Easy Placement
Two deep rebar chairs allow for proper horizontal rebar overlapping splices. Rebar can be loosely stacked two deep eliminating the strain placed on the wall because of improperly bent or crooked rebar.
Strong Ties
With eight full length ties placed six inches on center optimum performance during concrete pours can be achieved. Close placement of ties increases the likelihood that cut pieces will be reused. Additionally, a 3/8" compression pad on top of each fastening strip allws for additional support during concrete pours.
Superior Strength
2 ½" foam panels at nominal 1.5 PCF (lbs. per cubic foot) mean a higher density foam that provides stronger formwork performance. The cross bar connection pieces of the form mean the smallest area of unsupported foam, providing 50% more reinforcement during concrete pours.
Easy Finishing
Raised vertical and horizontal lines on the form and a unique ladder design allow for easy identification of tie location for attachment of dry wall and exterior finishes. The ½" recessed ties provide enough foam to properly affix a TAFS application.
