By utilizing Reward ICF walls below grade, it can provide a basement that can be occupied to maximize open spaces. Plus, since ICFs can be braced from the inside there will be minimal site disturbance overall to the habitat and can be built in very tight spaces as needed.This will allow contribution to the ICF LEED v3 credit for Site Development.
